Performance Accessories 3-inch Body Lift Kit PN-70043 raises your truck for adding larger diameter tires, without altering the factory suspension system and OE ride of your 03 Ford F-150. It includes high pressured fiberglass reinforced nylon lift blocks, 3/16 inch laser cut and powder coated bumper relocation brackets, a CNC machined and plated steering extension, high strength hardware, with extension brackets. Purchase a set of urethane wheel-well extensions separately (Gap-Guards for Fleetside PN-6730) or (Gap-Guards Flareside PN-6734). These conceal any gaps between the body and frame. You can install this gap guard system in 7 to 8 hours. It comes fully with everything necessary for installation.
