False promises

Ordered 12/6/24, a week later I reached out to see why item hadn't shipped (12/13), was told they would look into it. Told 12/16 item was out if stock, would be ordered shipped directly from source once available. Informed 12/19 item was available, and that it would be shipped overnight for my inconvenience. Item didn't ship until 12/26 and was not shipped overnight, but standard ground instead; item finally received 1/2/25. Reached out to seller to see why it wasn't shipped overnight as promised; no reply. Buyer beware.
